James Hatuikulipi - (B Com Hons)
The Chairman of the group, James is currently also the Chairman of Ububele Holdings Namibia (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Hanganeni Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. He has extensive experience in investment management both in South Africa and Namibia. James is the Managing Director of Investec Asset Management Namibia and is also a director of Namibia Liquid Fuel (Pty) Ltd, Enviro Weed Control Systems Namibia (Pty) Ltd and PetroNam Investments (Pty) Ltd.
Sacky Shanghala - (B.Uris, LLB.)
As acting CEO, Sacky contributes from a legal and corporate governance perspective. He has worked in the Namibian legal and public sector for many years and is currently the Special Advisor to the Attorney General in Namibia. Sacky is the Chairman of Ububele Alpine Inflight and his other directorships include Ububele Holdings Namibia (Pty) Ltd .
Leevi Hungamo - (B Econ)
Leevi has vast experience in trade and industry issues pertaining to the WTO rules and regulations, as he was a core member on the Namibian negotiating team. Having served as deputy director in the Ministry of Finance has allowed him to gain an intimate knowledge of the pubic finance. He is currently the Economic Advisor in the Office of the President of Namibia. Leevi is the Chairman of Nampower Limited, Namibia's power utility and his directorships include Namibia Liquid Fuel (Pty) Ltd, Powercom (Pty) Ltd, PetroNam Investments (Pty) Ltd and Indira Ghandi Health Centre Fund.
Dr Ndeutala Angolo-Amutenya - (PhD in Education and MBA.)
Dr. Angolo-Amutenya has extensive experience in the public sector, as she is the Permanent Secretary of the Office of the President, His Excellency Hifikepunye Pohamba. Her role, among other things, includes being Accounting Officer to the Office of the President. Dr Angolo-Amutenya's other directorships include Schoemans Systems (Pty) Ltd, Hanganeni Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd, De Beers Marine Namibia (Pty) Ltd, Indira Health Centre Fund and PetroNam Investments (Pty) Ltd.
