Hanganeni Emona (Pty) Ltd – Student Accomodation
This subsidiary is involved in the construction and management of student residential facilities with Academia, a technical partner in South Africa. They signed an 800 bed BOT concession agreement with UNAM for 30 years. The expected date of completion is February 2012.

Ububele Holdings Namibia (Pty) Ltd – Inflight Catering
This subsidiary consists of two enterprises, namely Alpine Inflight Catering and Enviro Weed.
Alpine Inflight Catering is the only in-flight caterer at Hosea Kutako International Airport. It has a concession to establish a modern catering facility at Hosea Kutako International Airport on a BOT basis. Enviro Weed is a distributor of pesticides and herbicides for the agricultural sector.

Network Energy and Telecom Solutions (Pty) Ltd - Energy
This subsidiary operates with technical partner Telcabo and operates in the telecommunications and energy services and solutions. It signed a contract to install a fibre optic ring around Windhoek of 55 km for MTC. Network Energy and Telecom Solutions had also signed a similar contract in Botswana.

JaLeSaNd Properties is the property investment vehicle for the group and a 100% held subsidiary with the objective that all property and real estate investment in the group be held through this company.
Shetu Exploration (Pty) Ltd
This subsidiary engages in the investment of mining interests in Namibia with regard to any mineral or metal obtainable in Namibia on its own or in association with other entities. Shetu Exploration also looks at establishing subsidiaries in pursuit of addition or associated industries in the mining sector.

Camelthorn Brewing Company (Pty) Ltd
Camelthorn Brewing Company is the only microbrewery in Namibia, and one of only two operating breweries in the country. It received its brewing license on 08/08/08. The focus is on niche market products such as Unfiltered Lager Beers, Weissbier, American Ales; and seasonal beer such as Bokbier.
